We offer free secure FedEx or UPS shipping on every U.S. order.

As Belmont Sparkle makes most of the items to order, shipping and delivery time may vary. Depending on the item ordered, shipping will be between 5 – 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with an expected delivery date. Please note that your purchase may arrive even sooner. You will also receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. Please note that special projects cannot be returned.

At Belmont Sparkle, we take pride in the superior quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer free 14-day returns for an exchange or full refund. The return and exchange policy commences when your item is ready for shipment or pick up.

Belmont Sparkle offers free return shipping on all loose emeralds & finished jewelry orders. We provide a free FedEx/UPS return shipping label to make your return process as simple and convenient as possible.

FREE RING RESIZING

For our customers in the US we offer one free resizing for standard ring styles, including free return shipping within the U.S. and Canada for the first resize. If more than one resize is needed or a resize is needed outside of the first year, a $25 fee applies to resize white, yellow, and rose gold rings, and $50 for platinum. The return shipping fee to send your item to us is $30

Some rings cannot be resized and will need to be remanufactured. This may be due to a size restriction, falling outside of the recommended range, or due to the design style. Upon receipt and inspection of your ring, you will be notified prior to any work being done to discuss the charge to remanufacture your ring.

During our 14-day return policy, you will not be charged if your ring needs to be remanufactured. There will be a fee for rings that need to be remanufactured outside the 14-day return policy. Exclusions and limitations apply. It is important to know that your new ring may not look ‘exactly’ like the original, as minor variations can occur. 

Belmont Sparkle reserves the right to refuse returns on purchases made for comparison shopping to maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive.

RETURNING AN ORDER

1. Obtain the Return Shipping Label : Please email us at contact@belmontsparkle.com to get a return shipping authorization code and a free FedEx/UPS return mailing label. 

2. Pack your order: Include all original packaging and collateral material.

Please note that any shipping method other than FedEx/UPS, insured for the total value of the contents, and requiring a signature upon delivery, is at the customer's liability. Belmont Sparkle is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or other special processing payment methods. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt.

Please note that packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages refused delivery will not be accepted and may be subject to a restocking charge.
